We are a destination restaurant company, known for memorable special occasions. We have spectacular locations from coast-to-coast and are seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager with high-volume experience. Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining experiences.

Restaurant Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Department financials, operations, leadership, guest-interaction, and driving and managing sales
Restaurant Catering Sales Manager Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience as a Catering Sales Manager with high-volume venue experience of at least $6M
  • Expertise in on-site catering, meetings, banquets, and weddings
  • Background in upscale and fine dining banqueting & events
  • Experience with leading sales managers and banquet managers in a busy, upscale environment
Restaurant Catering Sales Manager Compensation:
  • Base in the $55K-$60K range, paid hourly
  • 4% on upsells, should range $5-10K per year, for an all in between $60,000 and $70,000
