Job Description

We own and operate 33 restaurants in Florida, with plans to open 3 more before the end of the year, and 5 more next year. We plan to open 5 restaurants each year after that, so there is a ton of room for growth and advancement! We were established in 1985 and have a great reputation in the state. We are a very high-volume restaurant with full bars that serve the best food from scratch at a great value to our guests. We are looking for a great Director of Training who is passionate about teaching and the employee experience. If you meet the minimum requirements for the position listed below, we want to meet you!

Restaurant Director of Training Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Director of Training in a full-service concept
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong tenure and references
  • An outgoing and positive attitude
  • A strong understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to evaluate and develop training programs and materials to meet business needs
