Restaurant District Manager




We are a long-standing and growing company looking to expand quickly and are seeking a diligent District Manager with an ownership mentality for our new and existing restaurants.




Restaurant District Manager Requirements:
  • Multi-unit management experience in QSR restaurants with a drive-through
  • 3 + years of experience in a similar role
  • Savvy in financials including planning, P&L' s and cash flow
  • Be versed in local labor law compliance
  • Be a self-starter, have the ability to create and manage your teams

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage new builds in tandem with VP of Operations and new store opening team
  • Hire and train teams for stores in tandem with the Head of Training
  • Make sound business decisions through the lens of the guests' best interest
  • Report on and develop financial goals
  • Work with VP of Operations to ensure success
