We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

You should have at least 3+ years recent Executive Chef experience in a recognized upscale casual restaurant group with a sales volume of at least $6 million and be a natural, creative leader wanting to grow!

Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders and control inventory
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients and adhere to all food safety standards
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Restaurant Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
