We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead the back of the house team and ensure all quality standards and procedures are executed consistently and with professionalism.

Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to ensure our core values are demonstrated each day in order to provide our guests with an extraordinary dining experience
  • Develop the BOH team and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
  • Effectively manage financials
  • Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
  • Actively participate in food reviews with leadership and provide feedback to the back of the house team
  • Proactively address issues that impact food quality and guest service
  • Manage schedule to ensure the proper back of the house coverage
  • Participate in all hiring of new team members as well as training/coaching, performance evaluations, and terminations as required
Restaurant Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 in an Executive Chef role
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • Highly motivated to succeed with a strong attention to detail
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Culinary school background preferred
  • Able to communicate in English mandatory
  • Able to speak/understand Spanish preferred
