Executive Kitchen Manager needed for our farm-fresh, fast-paced concept. We are California-based, are quickly expanding, and need strong leaders to grow with us.

Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Experience being the Chef in charge of a scratch kitchen in a corporate, high-volume restaurant: Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Kitchen Manager, or Senior Kitchen Manager
  • Full understanding of kitchen management, including financials
  • Ability to build and lead a strong team
  • Motivate by being hands-on and leading by example
Executive Kitchen Manager Compensation:
  • Base salary in the $65,000 to $70,000 range with upside potential based on background and abilities, plus an excellent bonus program of up to $12K per year, plus quarterly kicker for a reasonable all in of $80,000
