Now hiring! A new and exciting upscale, authentic Chinese restaurant in the Raleigh area opened in May. We are looking for a Front of House management professional to lead the service team of this restaurant. The restaurant will specialize in authentic Chinse cuisine, served in a traditional Chinese restaurant setting. The cuisine and the service will be executed at a very high level. The ideal Front of House manager will have extensive experience working in a multicultural setting where the staff comes from diverse backgrounds. This manager will lead all Front of House operations.

Front of House Manager Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills across cultural barriers
  • Self-motivated and passionate about guest service and the hospitality business
  • 7 years of FOH management in Fine Dining
  • ServSafe food safety certification
  • Guest service attitude
  • Wine knowledge a big plus
Front of House Manager Preferred requirements:
  • Alcohol certification
  • Chinese speaking or Chinese cuisine experience, not a deal-breaker but would be awesome
  • Former employer references needed
