Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Handles inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Training, hiring, and scheduling
• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Ensure guest satisfaction and guest issue resolution

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:
