We are a growing fast-casual concept with plenty of opportunities to advance. We were founded in Southern California and are expanding into the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals interested in growing with us.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

We're complicated, and we admit it. Delivering high-quality scratch food in a fast-casual setting isn't for the faint of heart, and there are rewards for those who are up to the challenge. You'll be in-charge and fully engaged while in the restaurant, and we want you to have a life outside of the restaurant, which is why we'd rather you be from the general area and not having to take that ugly commute down the 405 from the Valley, or up it from the South Bay. We also only want you to work a 50-hour work week.

I guess that means we're looking for a Super Hero who can lead the operations of a busy fast-casual restaurant that serves high-quality food while controlling costs, developing a team, and providing outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
And, can do it all in both English and Spanish! This is a hands-on position that requires good back-of-house knowledge, and not everyone will be up to it. We think GMs from Fast-Casual and Quick-Serve backgrounds, with broad menus, will have the right Super Powers, while Full-Service Managers don't seem to be up to it.

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:

We offer a base salary in the $55,000 to $60,000 range, bonus potential up to 10%, and great benefits!
