Great company who is well-established and has been around for 50 years is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to become part of their team! You will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for one of their locations. We are currently looking for the "best-in-class" individuals who are passionate about their career and have pride in where they work. We will also look at candidates who are currently working in fast casual restaurants, or the right individual who is looking to make the switch to full-service. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
  • 2 years of prior GM experience
  • Knowledge of P&L s, budgets, and exposure to financial data
  • Prior experience with inventory management
  • Ability to create a great environment for guests and employees
  • Dedication, passion, and a desire to succeed
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Creates and facilitates the culture of People First, both with guests as well as team members

  • Ensures achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines
  • Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and team
  • Execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
