A growing concept is looking for a passionate General Manager to join their ranks! The ideal candidate knows the restaurant business backward and forward and understands the local market. We re looking for a self-motivated individual who can take advantage of a competitive bonus structure for the benefit of both the restaurant and him or herself.

General Manager Responsibilities:

- Hiring staff members and ensuring their proper training
- Managing customer care
- Budgeting expenses
- Handling all financials
- Writing schedules
- Marketing the restaurant

General Manager Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a GM
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Solid understanding of all aspects of financials
- The desire to lead a team to success

Stephanie and her husband, Jonathon, are die-hard Astros fans and have not missed Opening Day in nearly 15 years. They currently live in Colorado where they spend as much time possible outdoors.
