We are actively searching for a unique Restaurant General Manager who has the ability and the love for managing many aspects of a high-volume shop with several moving parts. We are a production center, guest service, retail, and a destination location. You have a knack for looking at every position and team member to determine what link is the weakest. You coach, develop, and motivate your team continuously. And, you celebrate success with all!

This is a very hands-on position. You must know it in order to teach it.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
  • 50-55 hours per week
  • Special Event days are all-hands-on-deck, and you lead
  • Fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of inventory and cost control
  • Attention to detail, quality, and cleanliness
