Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager with leadership skills to drive results through motivation, teaching, and coaching. This leader will inspire their team and create an atmosphere that is representative of our core values. The General Manager will lead our teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. Our General Manager will be responsible for driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining our high standards.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Complete weekly staff schedule
  • Administer and adhere to all Company policies
  • Assist in training, hiring, and evaluating staff and managers
  • Maintain cash handling procedures and security standards
  • Ensures fast, accurate and excellent guest relations
  • Ensure Food safety and quality
  • Maintain inventory, manage labor cost, review financial reports, and take appropriate corrective actions

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 1 -2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Self-motivated and high-energy personality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of food and labor cost
  • Excellent leadership skills/Hands-on leader
  • Ability to create a fun, energetic environment
  • Guest experience ambassador
  • High School Diploma required - some college preferred
