General Manager Requirements
  • Leadership experience - previous GM at fast casual or Assistant Managers from casual dining
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training entry-level team members
  • Motivate teams through high volume
  • Kitchen preparation and execution catering is a plus
  • Cost control and inventory

  • 5-day, 50-hour work week

  • Ann received an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College and studied Communication & Journalism at the University of South Florida.  
  • Ann lives in Charlotte and loves the growing, local restaurant scene there. She is a proud Dog Mom of three. Ann is passionate about animal rescue and supports her local rescue groups.
