Restaurant General Manager

- Oversee daily operations in all facets of the restaurant
- Ability to oversee and control budget and P/L
- Insist on 100% guest satisfaction all times
- Develop and organize pre-shift meetings
- Oversee and monitor all opening/closing procedures.
- Work closely with Executive Chef to ensure checks and balances of food cost, implementation of purchasing and control practices.
- Control and enforce labor schedule according to sales volume.
- Schedule and train staff for all shifts with the ability to carry company guidelines of exceptional customer services
- Attract patrons by developing and implementing marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Maintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop all new hires.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
