- Takes an active role in running the kitchen. Partners with the head chef to offer coaching and support. Understands challenges and offers solutions and improvement initiatives

- Uses this to drive sales and customer engagement
- Regularly checks kitchen to ensure company food hygiene policies are adhered to and recorded properly
