RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER' S RESPONSIBILITIES

• Models performance standards - primary responsibility is to coach, teach, and develop employees
• Ensures staffing levels are ideal for all volume periods
• Effectively manages and is held accountable for P&L results
• Build Revenue and Increase Sales
• Controls food cost components of the entire restaurant
• Ensures exceptional product quality
• Promotes and maintains a great working environment
• Engages with the surrounding local community

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in a Restaurant General Manager role
• Successful track record in QSR, Catering, and Delivery
• Shoulder to Shoulder Leadership Style
• A problem-solver who remains calm, friendly, and approachable
• Knowledge of P&L and All Controllables
• Developer of People
