We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager for an exciting Upscale entertainment venue featuring Craft Cocktails and a unique Chef-created menu.

Restaurant General Manager qualifications:

• A keen sense of Restaurant business operations & experience in a high-volume (8m +) restaurants
• Experience with upscale menus and craft cocktails
• A " roll up the sleeves" leader, not a figurehead
• Social media savvy
• Work evenings and nights in a fun and exciting environment

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• The GM will be responsible for all employee Hiring, events, training, and performance.
• Creating and managing budgets, and improving revenue.
• Controlling costs and introducing a tactical initiative to prevent losses.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure employees grow and develop in their positions.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.

Restaurant General Manager' s rewards will be:

• A very good salary (over 100K for the right experience)
• A 30% quarterly bonus
