Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Every customer must receive the best food and service in a bright and shining environment
• Ensure all training is completed and have a relentless approach to the development of your team
• Lead staff meetings, direct the teams with clear and concise leadership directives for ease of execution

Restaurant Manager Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership and supervisory role with Full Service Dining
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and always be on the go
• A passion for loving our guests and delivering world-class service daily
