Established full-service casual restaurant concept is growing in the Pacific Northwest and is in search of great managers who want to grow with us! We are in the process of opening our 15th store. Our goal is to grow to 65 stores in the next 9 years. We are currently seeking a qualified kitchen manager to join our team. You will directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of food service staff
  • Monitor quality of products and services produced
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain health standards for raw and finished products

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • In depth knowledge of all food safety practices
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
