Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

- Hiring all BOH staff members
- Training BOH staff members on different stations and cross-training as needed
- Completing all necessary ordering on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are maintained at all times
- Writing BOH schedule on a weekly basis

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

- 5+ years of culinary experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a Full-Service restaurant
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Desire to lead a team to success
