To qualify for this role, we' re looking for someone who has:

• Three or more years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior culinary position, such as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager, in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven sales volume experience of $3-$6 Million+.
• Experience in casual or upscale casual dining.
