JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for exceptional food service, customer service, and operations by managing all dining room, kitchen, and catering functions, while directing and motivating your team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles. Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Must have tenured Manager experience
  • A true passion for hospitality is required
  • Experience developing large teams in high-volume environments
  • 5 years' experience in either full-service with breakfast or fast casual concepts with corporate systems and strong BOH management experience
  • Solid progression and tenure
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
  • Base compensation of $40,000 to $48,000, depending on background
