An opening exists for a natural-born leader in the full-service casual segment. We are looking for a Manager, ideally with a strong bar and beverage experience, as well as some kitchen leadership. The successful candidate possesses 2-5 years of restaurant management experience and has a knack for leading a team with great motivation. We are searching for a professional with solid cooking skills, a hands-on, work-with-the-team-in-the-trenches type attitude, and a desire to be very involved with the day-to-day operations. Equally, the ideal candidate is also a patient teacher and coach to their team. We are a growing restaurant group and look for a committed and passionate culinary leader that helps us grow and establish more great systems.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
-Minimum 2-5 years of management experience.
-Motivational and coaching-style leadership approach.
-Experience in full-service casual dining with strong bar service is ideal.
