- Responsible for the day-to-day operations
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
- Provides continuous training for team
- Ensure guest satisfaction through interaction and feedback
- Support upper management by implementing creative strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor progress towards unit goals
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in low to mid volume restaurant
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach develop and mentor

He has Multi-Unit management experience with Brinker Intl., Red Robin, and Panera for over 20 years. Jim is a former board of director member in Minnesota and Iowa's Hospitality Associations. Jim enjoys time at Ruth Lake with family. He is a TV sports announcer in the Twin Cities for high school and amateur sports. Jim is married to Karen and has two children, Jac and Carrington. He is an avid fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and all things Minnesota, including the temperatures.
