Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
  • Provides continuous training for team
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through interaction and feedback
  • Support upper management by implementing creative strategies to increase revenue
  • Monitor progress towards unit goals

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in low to mid volume restaurant
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coach develop and mentor
  • Proven track record of progressive career growth
