Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the entire staff
- Train and develop foh staff
- Help encourage restaurant sales
- Always create a wonderful guest experience
- Help manage dining room and FOH daily operations
- Help oversee guest satisfaction and help resolve issues as needed
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Full-service dining background a must
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
