Our location in Atlantic City, NJ, known for our excellent food, great service, and high-energy environment, is seeking a great leader to take on the Manager role in our restaurant. This location is sure to bring a smile to your face. The right candidate must be a hardworking, organized, positive leader who can also manage multiple moving parts. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Coach and teach employees to support strong operational execution
  • Work with team to support local store marketing and community involvement
  • Actively work in all areas, as needed, to support an outstanding guest experience
  • Support strong financial results through labor and cost of goods management
  • Steward of the brand to support execution of all standards and upholding our family culture

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Manager experience in a full-service environment with high-volume
  • Hands-on leadership style with a friendly, team-player attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week - 50 - 55 hours
