JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for exceptional food service, customer service, and operations by managing all dining room, kitchen, and catering functions, while directing and motivating your team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles. Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • A manager who wants to fully develop their management skills and can grow into a General Manager position
  • True passion for hospitality and a great attitude is required
  • Experience developing teams in fast-paced environments
  • At least 3 years' experience in either full service with breakfast or fast casual concepts with 2 years as a Manager with a corporate brand
  • Solid progression and tenure with potential for additional growth
  • Must be able to train in Dallas for 7-8 weeks
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
  • Base compensation of $40,000 to $48,000, depending on background
