You will be responsible for leading the team and providing exceptional food and beverage service, customer service, and all general restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager will direct and motivate their team and maintain and promote an established people-first, fun & family atmosphere, and ensure a quality employee experience.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Must have a great personality, positive attitude, and solid work ethic
  • Teaching and coaching mentality with a hands-on style
  • Must be numbers-oriented and understand financials
  • 2-3 years of high-volume management experience

Greg graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Greg lives in Annapolis, Maryland, and has been married to his wife, Kristen, since 2003. They have two amazing children, David and Kailee.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys hanging out with his family, cooking, sports, and any outdoor activity like hiking, camping, and fishing.
