An Iconic, casual-dining restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the front of the house and back of the house team. Our ideal candidate has a hands-on style of management with strong communication skills. Must have the ability to work in the kitchen as needed.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
  • Hire, develop, and train the service team and ensure they are delivering exceptional guest experience by upholding company standards
  • Lead by example and work side by side with all managers
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ensure all team members do the same
  • Work in the kitchen, on the line, and all positions as needed
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Restaurant Manager Qualifications
  • At least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager - experience in a casual-dining restaurant preferred
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
  • Back-of-house experience a plus
  • ServSafe Food Training
  • Desire to mentor and train your team to advance to the next level
  • Possess a guest-first mentality and go the extra mile for our customers
