We are a growing fast casual concept, founded in Southern California, with plenty of opportunities to advance. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals interested in growing with us. We currently need a Restaurant Manager who is ready to step up to a General Manager position.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the restaurant including quality, cost controls, staffing, and customer satisfaction. You must build a strong team. You will be expected to run it like you own it.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
We are looking for a junior General Manager who is ready to make a move to be trained and serve as bench strength, in anticipation of growth which is from a well-operated, scratch kitchen brand. You need to be a strong Restaurant Manager or a General Manager whose experience base in the role is less than three years.

Restaurant Manager Compensation:
Salary would be in the $50,000 to $55,000 range, with ample opportunity for growth to General Manager after some seasoning. Benefits are provided.
