We are a small but driven restaurant group which owns 2 restaurants with full service and large banquet space. We are looking to for a high-level restaurant Manager. We just opened our 3rd in NJ. The Restaurant Manager must have some kitchen knowledge. Needs to be hands-on and self-driven to assist in operating this successful restaurant. Our menu will consist of an eclectic and upscale casual menu. The Manager must have bar manager experience. If you are interested in joining our team, please apply today!

Adam also worked at The Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach Florida where he was the Executive Banquet Chef. 
  • Adam’s career turned to the Corporate Restaurant world in 1997. He was with the Cheesecake Factory as the Executive Kitchen Manager in many NJ locations and finally with Outback Steakhouse (Bloomin’ Brands, Inc.) in operations as a Managing Partner for several New Jersey stores, as well.  
  • Adam has a passion for cooking and football (which is his all-time love).
