Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead/Coach and Develop your team

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years minimum experience with a full-service restaurant group
- Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
- Works shoulder to shoulder with your team
- Has worked your way up through the trenches
- Infectious enthusiasm and passion for what you do
