Restaurant Manager Details:
This position is slated for development to the General Manager position of your own location. Interpersonal skills, professionalism, coach' s mentality, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive for results are key to succeed in this role. Focus on guests and quality service is paramount to success with our company.
At least 3 years of salaried management experience is required, with proven results in cost controls and P&L management. College or Culinary degrees are preferred, but not required if the candidate has a background in quality, service-driven concepts. Solid tenures are a must and no job-hoppers will be considered (1-year tenures need not apply) and we' d prefer you are currently employed.
