Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive guest experience
- Promote a healthy people culture
- Manage day-to-day operations, P&L and cost areas, and inventories
- Develop and promote team members
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 1 year of Manager experience in casual dining, or comparable concept
- Exudes hospitality and customer service
- An efficient and solution-oriented thinker who can run the business like an owner
- Collaborative team player

He has been working in the Washington, DC, and Maryland market for the last 13 years but has operated businesses and new openings in Chicago, Kansas City, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Orlando, and Tampa.
Greg graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Greg lives in Annapolis, Maryland, and has been married to his wife, Kristen, since 2003. They have two amazing children, David and Kailee.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys hanging out with his family, cooking, sports, and any outdoor activity like hiking, camping, and fishing.
