Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Work as a team with the entire staff
• Always create a great guest experience
• Assist in the development of new menu items
• Help manage dining room and FOH daily operations
• Help oversee guest satisfaction and help resolve issues as needed

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience
• Pleasant, polite and a focus on guest service
• Ability and passion for training, motivating and leading a team
• Good communication skills
