- Responsible for the overall performance of restaurant operations including financials, food quality, customer service and employee safety practices.
- Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve cost objectives, profitability, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Oversees all purchases of food and supplies.
- 5-day, 55 hour work week, no bar = no late nights
- 3-5 years experience at this level
- $ 1 Million revenue experience
- No more than three jobs in five years

- Manager Compensation:
- Base salary $25, 000 to 35, 000 plus bonus
- Qualify for benefits after 90 days
