Manager-in-Training needed for Upscale Restaurant Company with West Coast Growth Plans
We are a successful Canadian-based company with U.S. West Coast growth plans. We have multiple upscale concepts and offer thorough training and promote from within. If you have the hospitality gene and are working in a guest-service focused industry, we' d like to consider you. Our goal is to develop future leaders who have skills and knowledge in management, leadership, and business operations.

Manager-in-Training Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Drive, ambition, and loyalty are more important than advanced education, but a degree or working toward a degree in hospitality management is a plus
  • We are looking for natural leaders who are ready for the next step in their career and will help us develop other future leaders
  • Maintains and strengthens company culture and core values through coaching and training
  • Thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Manage and execute profit plans
  • Inventory management
  • Strong problem solver
  • Humility and a good sense of humor
  • Leaders with hospitality-based backgrounds will be considered: Restaurant - Hotel - Retail - Airlines - Resorts - Cruise Lines
Manager-in-Training Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base compensation up to $55, 000
  • Typically a 5-day work-week with 40-50 hours per week
  • Full benefits with coverage beginning on the first day of the month following the date of hire
  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision with company contribution to the employee premium
  • Relocation candidates will be considered and a willingness to move where needed for advancement is a plus
