Strong candidates will possess:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager or Kitchen Leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Demonstrate experience managing sales volume between $3 to $6 Million or more.
- Have experience working in casual or upscale dining settings.
