Strong candidates will possess:
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager or Kitchen Leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrate experience managing sales volume between $3 to $6 Million or more.
  • Have experience working in casual or upscale dining settings.

You' ll be responsible for:
  • Training, cultivating, and inspiring a cohesive team of individuals toward achieving exceptional performance in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Effectively Managing operational costs through efficient budgeting, strategic planning, and implementation of cost-saving measures while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Demonstrating success in attaining and surpassing financial targets and goals, leveraging comprehensive financial analysis, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication with stakeholders.
