  • Coach, mentor, and train the team following company standards, steps of service, and food & beverage specifications
  • Lead by example to set high standards for staff members to be guest-focused and team-focused

  • 2+ years of upscale, high-volume restaurant management, full-service luxury hotel experience, plus!
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for providing best-in-class service
  • High-volume experience with upscale, chef-driven dining
  • Detail focused
