RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach, mentor, and train the team following company standards, steps of service, and food & beverage specifications
- Lead by example to set high standards for staff members to be guest-focused and team-focused
RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of upscale, high-volume restaurant management, full-service luxury hotel experience, plus!
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing best-in-class service
- High-volume experience with upscale, chef-driven dining
- Detail focused
