We are looking for a Sous Chef with previous Hotel Food and Beverage high volume experience! This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing restaurant and culinary team.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Support all restaurant and catering/events business
  • Work as part of the culinary team and bring passion to your role
Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • 3+ years high volume hotel food and beverage Sous Chef experience
  • Must enjoy the fast-paced environment and keep composure while working with a large team
  • Solid culinary skills balanced with a positive and energetic personality
