SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead/Coach/Develop the Heart of the House team
  • Hold BOH team members accountable for results while ensuring ongoing training and development
  • Direct the food preparation activities for meals, banquets, and special events in accordance with established recipes, production procedures, timing, portion control, and quality and presentation standards
  • Financial Accountability - Monitor sales, food and labor cost, and related financial data on a regular basis
SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience
  • Expert with steak, seafood, and seasonal ingredients
  • Experience executing at least $4 million annually in sales
  • Needs to have a clear leadership personality with the ability to teach and inspire the team
