We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. Relocatable candidates are encouraged to apply. Come and live in beautiful Aspen, Colorado!

You should have at least 2+ years recent experience in a recognized concept driven restaurant group with a sales volume of at least $4 million and be a natural, creative leader wanting to grow!

Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of food service staff
  • Monitor quality of products and services produced
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain health standards for raw and finished products

Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Previous experience concept-driven restaurants a plus
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices
  • Strong leadership qualities and abilities to manage a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
