A leader in the upscale restaurant segment is looking for an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Sous Chef who is great at developing and is super team-oriented! While we are a rapidly growing company, we have a very family-based culture and are looking for great chefs to help with that growth and to continue instilling the great culture we have. We need managers who are team-oriented, strive for an environment that is hospitality-driven, and succeed the most when teaching and coaching those around them.

Restaurant Sous Chef requirements
  • At least 3 years' Management experience
  • Minimum sales volume exposure of $4M annually
  • Great leadership and development skills
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding, high-volume environment

Restaurant Sous Chef compensation
  • $55,000-$65,000
  • Great bonus potential
