We are looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the back of the house team and ensure all quality standards and procedures are executed consistently and with professionalism.

Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Support the leadership of the Executive Chef to ensure our core values are demonstrated each day
  • Help develop hourly team members and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
  • Effectively manage financials
  • Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
  • Assist Executive Chef with the back of the house schedule to ensure proper coverage
  • Monitor and maintain facilities as needed
Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year in a Sous Chef role
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow with a strong attention to detail
  • Culinary school background preferred
  • Able to communicate in English mandatory
  • Able to speak/understand Spanish preferred
