Retail Operations Manager Functions:
  • Oversee all operations, Sales, Inventory Management, and Loss Prevention
  • Execute retail business plan and monitor performance
  • Develop team members through weekly meetings and coaching
  • Negotiate with vendors on new merchandise purchases
  • Maintain positive partnerships with vendors and source new suppliers
Retail Operations Manager Qualifications:
  • Four-plus years of experience in sports-related retail sales management
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership
  • Strong understanding of Profit and Loss
  • Ability to work long hours
