Job Description

You' ll be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 2 years as an F&B Manager or Banquet Manager
- Experience managing multiple outlets within a hotel property
- Experience working in a union environment
- A passion for developing others and a high level of emotional intelligence

Michael Gaidusek has always enjoyed connecting with people and building relationships, regardless of the situation.
Michael spent the early part of his professional career as a Chef and a Senior Leader in hospitality operations. In 2021, Michael joined the Goodwin team as a Recruiting Partner. Michael has a passion for all things food-related and prides himself on his ability to confront productivity obstacles while creating a transparent work environment. With Michael's hands-on operations experience, he can move with a sincere sense of urgency while maintaining to be the most resourceful person in any room.
Michael began his career over 15 years ago as a hospitality professional and worked his way up to a Director of Culinary role before entering the recruiting and consulting field. Michael's experience in operations enables him to establish long-lasting relationships and ensures him a long career in the industry.
Away from the office, Michael enjoys spending his free time at the beach with his kids, playing in the kitchen, or simply relaxing with his family watching last week's episode of Below Deck.
