Regional restaurant group with two units needs a restaurant pro to run the business as their own and be the onsite GM of the newest opening that needs to get on its feet while also overseeing the original location. The brand offers the highest possible quality product and unlimited upside potential for the successful operator. The owners want to continue their expansion plans but need a pro to take the reins. Besides growing with the brand, a future equity interest is possible.

Restaurant Senior General Manager Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • The position is exempt, and you work the hours needed to get the job done
  • Skillful planner with knowledge of basic business fundamentals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others
  • An infectious, positive attitude that inspires others
  • Expert at basic store operations, including deep cleanliness, local store marketing, team development, and outstanding customer service
  • Ability, drive, and willingness to turn around a new store opening's volume - the store is in a premium San Diego location
Restaurant Senior General Manager Compensation:
  • Base compensation in the $55,000 to $65,000 range, depending on experience, plus an aggressive bonus program that rewards success
