We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations for our fine-dining and upscale dining restaurant group. This Executive position will report directly to the Chef-Owner and will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations for multiple locations across 5+ cities. VP of Restaurant Operations Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all restaurant operations across multiple concepts
• Be a leader of leaders - give direction and drive results
• Develop a strategic vision for the growth of the restaurant group and execute that vision
• Instill systems and coordinate new restaurant openings
• Drive company culture and our commitment to excellence

VP of Restaurant Operations Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in a James Beard award-winning and/or Michelin Star operation
• New restaurant opening experience in a fine-dining concept is required
• Exceptional leadership and strategic vision skills
• Highly polished presentation and communication abilities
